how I handle your data
The short version.
When you finish the scorecard, I record your answers without recording you. The nine answers, the rung they compute to, and the hours and dollars figure are saved on their own, with no name, no email and nothing that identifies you or your device. That happens whether or not you fill in the form afterwards.
I do that because I want to be able to say what a typical in-house creative or content team in Australia actually scores, and which rung most teams stall on, from real responses rather than assertion. Those records are only ever read in aggregate, as counts and medians across everyone. If I publish anything from them it will be figures like "most teams land on rung 2", never an individual response.
I also record where the visit came from, which means the campaign tags on the link you followed and the site that referred you. Not who you are.
The booking calendar is Calendly, and it is a third party. On the Fit Call, Diagnostic and Contact pages it loads from Calendly’s servers and sets its own cookies, which I do not control and cannot read. If you would rather not load it, every one of those pages also carries a plain link you can open instead.
Two analytics tags run on the site: Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. Both record which pages you looked at and where you arrived from, and both set a cookie in your browser. The Meta pixel is there so that if I advertise on Facebook or Instagram, I can show those ads to people who have already been here rather than to strangers. Neither tag gets your name or your email from me. If your browser blocks them, nothing on the site stops working.
If you give me your email, that is separate and it is yours. Your name, work email, company and your result go to Mailchimp so I can send you the result and the occasional note. I do not sell it, swap it or share it with anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to delete you at any time by replying to any one of them.
The anonymous response records and the email list are kept apart, with no shared reference between them. That is deliberate. It means the benchmark cannot be turned back into a list of people, including by me.
