the fix
The Rebuild
Designed to rebuild a workflow and support a move from rung 2 (Assisted) to rung 3 (Systemised).
if this is you
You have had it measured, so you know where it goes wrong and what it is costing you.
What you have not been able to do is stop it, because fixing it properly means taking the workflow apart while the work is still going out the door.
what it is
One workflow rebuilt end to end, built inside the stack you already own rather than on a new platform your team has to learn. Then measured again against the baseline the Diagnostic set, so the result is provable rather than asserted.
what you get
- One workflow rebuilt, end to end
- A written bar for that workflow, so what passes is defined rather than remembered
- Built in your existing stack
- A re-measure against the Diagnostic’s baseline
terms
$9,500 + GST
Four to six weeks.
why this costs more than the standard
The Standard writes the bar for a whole work type and leaves your people to apply it.
The Rebuild writes the bar for one workflow and builds the thing that applies it.
Both land in the same place, which is review becoming a sample rather than a gate. Which one you need is not a preference, it is what the Diagnostic found, and that is the entire reason it comes first.
the rung
Rung 3 is where the standard is written down, so work can be handed over and checked against something real.
This is designed to support that move. It does not promise you will land there.
where it starts
It starts with a Diagnostic.
